a new life was born into this world

yesterday a friend of mine, well her daughter had a baby girl :) @ 8LB's 6OZ's born at 8:40 BC time lol. it's wonderful to have friends everywhere, it"s also nice to be able to talk to them via the computer, phone and now our smart phones , sending txt's at light speed were your letter thro the postal service well maybe a week or two to get there. now pictures at sent instantly so we can see the new member of the family, or what ever the event. :)
I would like to say this even tho with all my meds, and pain i deal with everyday the one thing that truly warms my heart is hearing someone close has had a baby. may her life be wonderful and filled with laughter, joy and love. Now to get out there to see them which is pretty hard to do off of ODSP argh. maybe one day people with disabilities will have a far shake at this world like everyone else

Father's Day

Well it's father's day :) and i hope all the dads out there are having a wonderful day :), i think my plan is to put in some fishing with my sons. Then tinker with my arc welder when i get home, and put in some time & love repairing my chev 4X4. Lol love rebuilding trucks and vans. Actually i love anything mechanical and love repairing them or fabricating new parts or equipment. That's what happens when ya spends a lot of time working on farms lol, if ya don't have it can ya make it or repair it lol.
Anyway Happy father's Day to all the father's out there, enjoy all the time you can with your children. I plan on breaking in the new tackle box and am going to bring home some nice fresh fish, store nearby in case lol. But the stories you'll have with your children are priceless :)

shop life

it has been a while since i posted, but for an update i moved into a home that's just my family. Hate apartment life, and now i have a shop were i am building some metal art, working on my van or just an area to goto, to think of neat idea's that could help other's like myself. I have tried to post via my INQ phone and it just keeps saying error 404 lol so something is not quite right there lol. the place we have now is well over 1400 sqft which is a big difference since the apartment we left was around 800 to 900 sqft. i have an area now to play and use my skill's as a welder. now all i have to do is start making some money to start paying off OSAP, as i have gone to school three times to get work an still no work. so i have to make my own, and at the same time i am teaching my son how to weld and making my other son a 3 wheeled bike, kindda fancy thing lol.

We Learn about the RULES

After calling in and doing what I must for an internal review, I learned that there was new rules that I or my worker didn't know about. My worker learned about the new rules in a staff meeting but the letter i received was dated before their meeting. Weird on how they enforce the rules before all the people know about it. The saying goes; the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing, in practical ways of today the federal has no idea what the provincial is doing, nor in the office of government employees the ones that are suppose to let others know about it do in time, but after the rules are enplomented.

On other notes the city of Barrie has done it they have taken more land from Innisfil, they don't give a shit either does the government. Barrie was told to do with what land they had and to start building up instead of out, but in a weird twist the government gives the land to the city of Barrie. The mayor of Barrie needs to grow-up and not take things that are not there's, The government did the same thing to the North American Indians they just take what they need and who cares about what the people want as long as they get their way. Who is going to help those with a limited income pay their taxes in Barrie now instead of Innisfil? Now as for me i have leaned a lesson in this heat wave, my morphine patches and the heat do not get along. As I swet i end up taking in more morphine then the patch is suppose to give, making me very sick, sleepy, and i end up not drinking anything and i don't eat as well. mostley due to the fact i feel like i am going to spend time on the porcline telephone :(. Now i am a shut in, in the winter as it is just to fucking hard to get around in the snow, and now i am a shut in again due to the heat wave. Good thing we have Air condishining.

sorry people some of my keys on my laptop work when they want to LOL must have been in the government at one time LOL...

On a funny note my son helped me on fathers day do a tune-up on our van, now my son is 10 and in putting things back together on the van we seem to have gotten a few plug wires mixed up, which is how i learned about my patches and the heat. LOL he tried his best to help daddy, and i'll take his help any day. i love spending time with my children, and they love it when i teach them things. Fathers out there teach you children how to fix their car, or fix up the house what ever these are skills they will use later on in life, but the memories made will last forever.

June 22nd 2009/ the day is screwed up right from the morning

ODSP Letter (Ontario Disability Support Program)

Got this letter today stating that my support is on hold until i ask for an internal review, as i did not send in my payment statement. Early in the months i got laid off from my work and told my worker this, we discussed what i was going to do next and what my goal plan was. Now I am not sure about anything as every time you try to get ahead in life we are knocked back, yet the government is aloud to hide funds and give millions to friends and family while we struggle to make ends meet on less the $15,000 a year. I am applying for jobs all over the area, i don"t mind traveling for work, what i hate is people who do not give a shit and are in complete control of other peoples life and only view them as numbers. I have been on ODSP for a very long time and personally the workers and people their don't give a rats ass what happens to us as long as they get their nice big fat pay check.

Also as a note we tried a different company for our hydro and they are complete ASSHOLES, please people if you want to avoid a huge head ache stay away from Universal Energy Corporation. Their customer service needs a shitload of work and their salesmen don't tell you the whole picture. I have personally delt with them and if i had the money to get out of the contract i would, I don't so i have to put up with them.

I'll post more in a bit as this day is just stressful, i would like to see our workers and government officials live on what they give us, like here ya go have some scraps and be thankful your even getting this much.
